Zivver expands across the pond

Secure digital communications specialist Zivver is announcing its expansion into the US.

The company is launching an eCommerce offering that serves small and medium-sized businesses directly, and advanced applications for large enterprises directly and through its partner network.

Zivver has been doing rather well in the UK and Europe, and Oliver Brown, VP of Commercial at Zivver said the US was a pivotal market.

“Our success in the UK and Europe to date evidences the vital role of our secure email solution in empowering organisations to meet their compliance responsibilities, by arming people with tools to work securely, without complicating workflows.”

Zivver hosts health authorities in digital coms conference

Digital communications outfit Zivver hosted a conference on how digital communications can be used in different areas of healthcare delivery.

The conference was attended by West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust, Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, East of England Ambulance Service and the national Asthma and Lung charity.

Zivver said it wanted to encourage an open conversation regarding transformation in healthcare services.

Future System Digital Programme Lead and Deputy CIO at Global Digital Exemplar West Suffolk Hospital Sarah Judge, said: “These events are important for sharing best practice with other healthcare providers. It promotes broader thinking to ensure we are working towards standardising email security and engaging internally across different departments.”

Zivver launched its second innovation playbook for healthcare, exploring common communication problems that occur in health such as accessibility, safely sharing media and information to and from users, integrating system providers and using automation to save time. The playbook helps clinical and non-clinical teams find their problems, consider tools that can help solve these problems and learn from good practice in other health systems.

Healthcare Advisor and co-author of the playbook Liam Cahill said: “Communication is at the heart of healthcare interactions so improving communications is a necessity. However, it presents a myriad of challenges. Behaviour change can be disruptive, digital inaccessibility and exclusion for service users increases the complexity, and there is little coherence and compatibility across local systems when channels and connections across partners are so needed. Despite the hurdles, it is important that we work together to provide staff with ‘creation tools’ that empower them to transform their services and improve care.”

Zivver Commercial VP Oliver Brown said: “Receiving tangible insight and feedback from our trusted customers, advisors and partners is not only vital, but also a blessing. It reaffirms Zivver’s mission to improve clinician-to-patient care through secure communication channels, whilst enabling us to drive continuous innovation to solve integrated healthcare systems’ most pressing challenges, both now and in the future.”

Zivver offers trade up scheme for channel partners

Secure communications outfit Zivver has launched a Trade Up scheme for UK channel partners, enabling end-user organisations to switch and upgrade their communication security solution to Zivver, and the company will buy out the incumbent’s licence.

Steve Lloyd, UKI Regional Director at Zivver, said: “From the outset, Zivver has built its secure communication platform to be user-friendly, seamlessly integrating with popular email clients such as Outlook and Gmail. This allows an organisation’s employees to start using Zivver after just a 15-minute demo, enabling them to securely send information via email or file transfer without changing their usual way of working.”

Zivver arrives in UK

Dutch email security firm Zivver wants to establish a UK sales channel to create its second business area.

Zivver has so far signed up VARs RnD Systems Integration and C-STEM, alongside distributor Progress Technology Services (PTS) to deliver its outbound email security solution. In Holland, the company has carved a niche for itself helping companies prevent data leaks linked to human error and helping to ensure compliance under GDPR.

CEO & co-founder Rick Goud (pictured) said a channel first system would work well in the UK. He said the outfit had gained credibility and was not just a startup.

Security outfit ZIVVER names UK partners

Dutch-founded data protection platform ZIVVER announced it has signed value-added resellers RnD Systems Integration and C-STEM, as well as value-added distributor Progress Technology Services, to deliver its unique outbound email security solution to the UK market.

The plan is to add more VARs before the end of the year.

ZIVVER is bringing its proven technology to the UK via a channel-first approach, helping government and enterprises to prevent data leaks due to human error; improve compliance (including GDPR) and save costs from ineffective communication via fax, snail mail and courier. Its unrivalled, three-in-one solution does so by securing outgoing emails and file transfers throughout the whole communications process, i.e. before, during and after sending.
