Allvotec teams up with cloudy Vapour

ICT outfit Allvotec has partnered with cloud specialist Vapour as part of a cunning plan to boost its Unified Communications portfolio.

Vapour scores all Allvotec’s Avaya projects with <250 users. The Vapour Subscription Service (VSS) means Allvotec can securely deliver enterprise-grade UC services via Vapour’s private network infrastructure, with an end-to-end service wrap, complete with SIP if required. But the customer relationship and contract remain with them.

Allvotec’s CEO Dave Gardner said: “For three decades, we’ve delivered, supported and maintained tech solutions that enhance customers’ communications, collaboration and productivity, via a partner-exclusive business model. We only collaborate with true experts who are as confident and experienced in their respective fields. We’re forecasting a big growth over the next 12 months, as organisations’ digital transformation projects continue at pace. Vapour will now play a key part in accelerating our ability to innovate, and deliver successful UC solutions which are agile, robust and compliant.”

Allvotec “near shores” to Bulgaria

Channel services provider Allvotec is preparing to “near shore” some of its back-office and support functions.

Having taken on 70 staff based in Sofia via its recent acquisition of Cisco partner ISG, the firm – formerly known as Daisy Partner Services – plans to enlist a further 200 Bulgarians.

CEO Glen Williams said it is the first time Allvotec has done this.

Allvotec snaps up ISG Technology

Allvotec has written a cheque for networking and physical infrastructure provider ISG Technology.

The move expands the partner-only IT service provider’s operations, bolstering its networking, Wi-Fi and physical infrastructure capabilities, while also adding ISG’s experience and expertise to the business.

Launched in June 2019 as a rebranding of Daisy Partner Services, Allvotec has positioned itself as a partner-exclusive provider with broad experience across public and private sectors.

Allvotec swallows ISG Technology

Allvotec has today significantly expanded its operations following the acquisition of networking and physical infrastructure services provider, ISG Technology for an undisclosed fee.

The acquisition enables Allvotec, a partner-only provider of managed and professional services in the UK, to bolster its networking, Wi-Fi and physical infrastructure capabilities, while also adding the expertise of the Egham-headquartered ISG team to its business.

Following the launch of Allvotec in June this year, this latest move adds an additional 175 staff across the UK and Bulgaria and in excess of £25 million of revenue and is further evidence of the company’s intent to become the leading Unified Communications and Technology Services Provider to UK Partners.
