Digital dummies lose £4.5 million a week

Digital adoption solutions outfit WalkMe has released a report revealing how clueless companies waste millions of pounds daily by not using technology properly.

Based on a survey of more than 4,000 bigwigs and workers, the report found that failing to use tech rights costs firms on average £900,000 a week in lost productivity, with staff wasting 44 working days a year.

According to the study, which can be found here, some firms have woken up to the challenge, with 70 per cent of them making digital adoption a key goal and boosting their spending on it by 63 per cent year-on-year.

WalkMe hires Hatsor as its new Senior Vice President of EMEA Sales

WalkMe has appointed  Ofir Hatsor as its new Senior Vice President of EMEA Sales.

The new regional sales leader will take on the increasing demand for WalkMe’s Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) as businesses across industries seek to maximise the value from its software investments while boosting productivity and provide “seamless user experiences” for users with seams.

Hatsor returns to WalkMe after serving as the CEO of DGTL Ventures, one of WalkMe’s strongest implementation partners in the EMEA region. He previously held the role of Executive Vice President of International Sales for WalkMe and brings his learnings from his recent chief executive role back to WalkMe.

He will take on the burgeoning demand for digital adoption technology in EMEA, leading dedicated sales teams in London, Paris, and Munich.

WalkMe joins G-Cloud

WalkMe has joined  the G-Cloud Digital Marketplace by the Crown Commercial Service of the UK government.

This means that WalkMe is now a part of the G-Cloud 13 initiative, a centraliaed hub for the streamlined procurement of cloud-related IT services and technologies by public sector organizations such as central and local governments, non-profit organisations, education, defence and emergency and health services.
