IT Glue has acquired MSP TruMethods with the aim of integrating its “myITprocess” with IT Glue, and deliver a high-value virtual CIO (vCIO) software platform. Make of this sentence what you will.
IT Glue CTO and general manager Nadir Merchant said as MSPs mature, a vCIO offering will become a must-have capability in their arsenal.
