Druva launches new MSP programme

Cloudy security outfit Druva has launched a new MSP programme, which it says offers the SaaS platform’s simplicity, security, and scale.

The cunning plan is part of the Druva Compass partner programme to help MSPs accelerate their customers’ cloud transformation with a resilient and simplified data protection service.

Druva senior vice president Robert Brower said that Druva had a cloud-first mentality to ensure its partners had the tools to succeed. The programme is a multi-tenant SaaS solution that cuts out time-consuming hardware management and streamlines deployment.

“Now, they can focus on delivering the service and bringing value to their customers immediately, not running the backend”, he said.

Available now in EMEA and North America, the new MSP programme serves up a SaaS-based delivery model, complete with a zero-touch onboarding experience and no infrastructure to maintain.

Brower says MSPs are free to focus on helping customers on their cloud journey while accelerating sales cycles, improving time to revenue, as well as maintaining high, recurring margins.

A purpose-built service centre console also adds the ability to manage unique service levels with customisable plans, gain detailed visibility into storage consumption across customer accounts, and review customer health in real-time.
