Arkphire has completed its acquisition of local rival Trilogy Technologies Group, and claims to have created the largest IT procurement and managed services business in Ireland.
The newly merged MSP has combined revenues of close to €150 million, with a headcount of 220 people.
Arkphire says the deal is a “major move of significant scale towards industry consolidation in the Irish ICT managed services sector”.
Trilogy was founded in 2009, focusing on design, implementation, management and support of IT infrastructure, cloud and managed security services for Irish and UK organisations.
Arkphire Chariman Paul Nannetti said that the driving force behind its acquisition of Trilogy is businesses seeking to outsource more services to Ireland. He said the combined company will scale nicely.
