Services provider Xalient has snapped up digital identity consulting and advisory firm Integral.
Founded in 2013 and focused exclusively on identity and access management, the addition of Integral grows Xalient’s presence in North America.
The deal also adds Integral’s consulting and advisory competencies around digital identity to complement London-HQ Xalient’s existing capabilities in managed services.
This will enable customers of both companies to benefit from a holistic and integrated suite of services, accelerating their zero-trust journeys to the cloud.
Xalient CEO Sherry Vaswani said the move will create a unique blend of identity, security, and networking expertise in a specialist services company.
“We see great synergies, in terms of strengthening our position in the digital identity segment while enriching our existing offer to customers.”
Founded in 2015, Xalient works with major cybersecurity vendors including Palo Alto Networks, CrowdStrike, Cisco, Fortinet and Arctic Wolf.
