Cisco Gold Partner ITGL has selected the Highlight Service Assurance Platform to enhance the managed service experience it delivers to its 200+ customers including NHS Trusts, university and colleges, as well as private sector companies.
The Portsmouth-based ITGL uses an army of tools that are fully integrated into Cisco’s ecosystem and Highlight is now a key part of this tool set.
Highlight introduced a new Actionable Insights SaaS offering to its Service Assurance Platform.
The move will give managed service providers a tailored reporting environment to enable the fast production of interactive and graphical service reports.
Actionable Insights uses APIs to draw standardised network service data from the Highlight Service Assurance Platform and then visualise service performance metrics into multiple interactive dashboards.
Highlight Technical Account Manager Craig Smith said: “Customer service management reporting has traditionally been resource intensive. Successful managed network services rely on clear and open communication. Actionable Insights enables service providers to quickly produce interactive, clear and visually pleasing service reports but without the resource-heavy process of manual collation and formatting.
Onecom has signed up with cloud-based network monitoring and reporting outfit Highlight to give customers full visibility into the performance of its network and application services.
Based in Hampshire, Onecom has a UK-wide network of regional offices with over 400 staff, serving more than 100,000 customers across the UK and internationally.
V12 Telecom, a privately-owned telecommunications company based in Swindon, Wiltshire has partnered with Highlight to gain greater visibility into its networks and applications and thus enhance the services it delivers to partners and end customers.
V12 Telecom provides internet services, hosted voice, mobile and direct routing to small and medium sized organisations, many of whom are introduced via IT partners. V12 implemented Highlight earlier this year to gain real-time analysis and visibility into the performance of all its services.
