Sharp Business Systems UK has bought support services firm Complete IT as part of its cunning plan to boost its UK IT market presence.
Complete IT has been providing IT support and cloud solutions for a quarter of a century.
Sharp managing director Stuart Sykes said that Complete IT had a similar customer approach to Sharp.
“Complete IT.will enable us to widen our focus, improve our technical expertise and enhance our customer offering, positioning us as a trusted partner for our customer’s workplace technology needs. We are excited about what we can learn from each other and see this as a great opportunity to grow our business together and make Complete IT a national business alongside our own.”
Complete IT, which employs 170 people across five offices in the south of England, will continue to operate as an independent business under its brand name.
