IT automation and orchestration provider Resolve has announced the launch of its new global partner programme and bought in Russell Eddleman has been brought in to support the revamp
The freshly expanded programme provides new service opportunities for managed service providers, systems integrators and consulting partners, whilst simultaneously extending Resolve’s global customer reach.
The big idea is to provide attractive margins and incentives for businesses to help generate new income, increase market share, whilst fostering long-standing customer relationships.
There are sales and marketing resources, market development funds, training and certifications, a partner portal and a dedicated channel team on hand to help achieve critical milestones.
Resolve said the features would enable distributors and VARs to package robust, service-level automation with complimentary IT management that will streamline IT operations and accelerate digital transformation.
The plan is being overseen by industry veteran Russell Eddleman as vice president of Global Channel and Alliances.
Eddleman brings in-depth experience in building strategic alliances and developing sustainable routes to market. Previously, he held positions at Lumension, HEAT Software and Microsoft, where he was a key volunteer for Bill Gate’s 4Afrika program.
