Security outfit ReliaQuest is moving to a partner-first model, and all net-new deals will include a partner. ReliaQuest GreyMatter.
ReliaQuest GreyMatter is a security operations platform built on an open XDR architecture and can integrate with existing customer investments, accommodating large to mid-enterprises.
ReliaQuest Chief Operating Officer Colin O’Connor said: “Our customers rely on partners as they build out their security programs and strategies. ReliaQuest’s new model can improve their customer experience through these direct relationships.”
The company is working with 15 partners across Europe and the Middle East to develop the infrastructure necessary for this expansion. It will continue to deepen its relationships with its existing partners whilst seeking to further expand its presence throughout the region, particularly in DACH and Benelux.
O’Connor said that the partner-first model will also enable ReliaQuest to accelerate its growth which saw ReliaQuest revenue grow 45 per cent year over year, and partner-led revenues increasing 124 per cent over the same period.
Although this model is new, nearly 70 per cent of the outfit’s business goes through partners at present.
“Partnerships continue to fuel the company’s mission to “make security possible” for shared customers. ReliaQuest’s technology-agnostic approach allows it to service larger enterprises to mid-market enterprises – something that many businesses today cannot accommodate,” O’Connor said.
