MSP Prime Networks has written a cheque for London-based MSP Our Tech Team (OTT).
OTT provides services including IT support, cloud computing, VOIP and security and partners with the likes of Dell, Cisco and Apple.
Prime Networks claims the acquisition will add to its “expanding client base and will add further engineering resource for both project delivery and IT support services”.
Mark Simons, MD of Prime Networks, said: “I am delighted to announce our acquisition of Our Tech Team which is our fourth transaction since we began our buy-and-build programme and the second transaction for us in 2021. We have been watching OTT’s progress closely for a number of years, and I am delighted to welcome the team to Prime.
“With OTT, we are welcoming a number of great clients. I am also pleased to announce Joel Lassman’s appointment to our board to head up our account management function across the group.”
Prime now employs over 50 staff and provides IT services to over 400 SMEs and mid-market clients following the acquisition, it claims.
