GPU maker Nvidia has announced a number of enhancements to its partner programme.
The new additions to the Nvidia Partner Network, which is apparently is comprises 1,500 members have been designed to boost opportunities for training, collaboration and sales, the firm says, while also ensuring the possibility of future expansion.
Alvin Da Costa, Vice President of Nvidia’s Global Partner Organisation, said that the new programme enhancements enable future expansion as Mellanox and Cumulus partner programmes are set to be integrated into NPN throughout 2021.
The Mellanox and Cumulus programmes offer accelerated, disaggregated and software-defined networking that Nvidia says meet the rapid growth in AI, cloud and HPC.
The range of new NPN additions, which will help prepare for this integration, include educational opportunities such as industry-specific training curriculums in healthcare, higher education and research, financial services, as well as insurance and retail. There are also new NPN learning maps to significantly reduce the time partners need to get up and running.
In terms of tools and resources, Nvidia has added new AI consulting services for data scientists and solution architects, an enhanced partner portal with expanded access to the firm’s sales tools and data, as well as industry-specific marketing campaigns to better target customers.
Under incentives, there’s now also a fixed backend rebate for Elite-level solution providers and integration partners, an enhanced quarterly performance bonus program, expanded AI Champions Club for top DGX sellers, as well as dedicated marketing development funds for most competencies.
