Vodafone today announced that Kathy Quashie had joined the company as Head of Partnerships & Alliances. She will provide support to Vodafone’s partners.
She will help flog its mobile, fixed, converged and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions to businesses of all sizes across the UK.
Quashie is looking to recruit new partners. Kathy joins from BT where she led the Major Business Team for nearly four years.
Vodafone launched 5G and Business Unlimited plans for small businesses to partners on 3rd July 2019. Business Unlimited Max provides 5G, unlimited data and Vodafone’s roaming offer with 77 destinations included free and 5G roaming in the UK, Italy, Spain, Germany this summer. The Unlimited plans start at £19 per month, excluding VAT.
Quashie brings 18 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry. She joined BT in 2010, and held several leadership roles there, including as CEO and Chair of BT Expedite, BT’s multi-channel retail business, where she led its turnaround and profitable divestment. Before joining BT, Kathy held roles in Carphone Warehouse, TalkTalk Group and The Royal Bank.
