Chipzilla has announced details of its new Intel Partner Alliance, which it claims has been designed to enable and empower businesses to connect, and grow.
Launching in the second half of 2020, the Partner Alliance programme will unify the firm’s multiple existing initiatives into a single, integrated platform to help enhance the value, relevance and experience it delivers to partners.
Intel said that as data-centric opportunities become more complex, the programme caters to the need for greater ecosystem collaboration. Each member will benefit from “intelligent matchmaking” that connects them with partners and solutions tailored to their business needs, Intel said.
The freshly-streamlined scheme has been expanded to cater to new partner types – such as cloud service providers, solution integrators and software vendors – and includes an improved training curriculum with specialised paths.
Eric Thompson, Intel’s general manager of Global Partner Enablement said: “The proliferation of cloud and edge computing, the rollout of 5G, as well as the growth of AI and analytics have driven a seismic shift in how companies operate and serve their customers.
“Intel is making significant investments and actively preparing our partners to take advantage of these data-centric opportunities and grow their businesses.”
Intel expects to launch the Intel Solutions Marketplace in November, which will help real-time collaboration with experts across its global ecosystem.
