Infosys expanded its AI-focused partnership with ServiceNow to offer new end-to-end managed services for enterprises.
These services will use the AI capabilities of ServiceNow’s Now Platform and Infosys’ Enterprise Service Management Café (ESM Café) to support business transformations.
Infosys wants to speed up ServiceNow implementations for organisations, including First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), by “almost 30 to 40 per cent” for quicker time-to-value.
Enterprises will gain access to a suite of solutions, including licenses, services, and the implementation of Infosys’ ESM Café AI-powered plug-and-play offering.
Infosys’ EVP for EMEA Umashankar Lakshmipathy said the ServiceNow platform will better support enterprises in their digital transformation journeys. He highlighted the long-standing relationship with ServiceNow and the expertise in their platform, which will help companies like FAB drive efficiency and continuous service improvement.
By using AI technology, ServiceNow’s Now Platform helps organisations automate business processes, boosting efficiency and productivity through time and cost savings.
Infosys’ ESM Café, part of the Infosys Cobalt family, offers over 70 applications across various modules and ServiceNow capabilities, including AI and sustainable digital solutions.
ServiceNow’s EMEA president Cathy Mauzaize said this partnership showcases the company’s ability to revolutionise service delivery and improve operational efficiency.
