HPE partners up with Nvidia on AI

HPE is expanding its NVIDIA partnership to include NVIDIA AI Computing.

This will create NVIDIA AI Computing by HPE, a portfolio of joint solutions that accelerates the adoption of generative AI.

The HPE Private Cloud AI is central to the offering, which integrates NVIDIA’s AI computing, networking, and software with HPE’s AI storage, compute capabilities, and GreenLake cloud platform.

Powered by HPE’s OpsRamp AI copilot, HPE Private Cloud AI provides a self-service cloud experience that integrates full lifecycle management. In the coming weeks, all solutions in the portfolio will be available in four configurations through a joint go-to-market strategy that helps enterprises of all sizes develop and deploy generative AI applications efficiently, flexibly, and sustainably.

The offerings will provide a turnkey AI cloud solution addressing common AI adoption challenges.

HPE president and CEO Antonio Neri said, “Generative AI holds immense potential for enterprise transformation, but the complexities of fragmented AI technology contain too many risks and barriers that hamper large-scale enterprise adoption and can jeopardise a company’s most valuable asset – its proprietary data.”

He added, “To address these challenges, HPE and NVIDIA co-developed a turnkey private cloud for AI that will enable enterprises to focus their resources on developing new AI use cases that can boost productivity and unlock new revenue streams.”

NVIDIA founder and CEO Jensen Huang noted, “Generative AI and accelerated computing are fueling a fundamental transformation as every industry races to join the industrial revolution.”

“Never before have NVIDIA and HPE integrated our technologies so deeply – combining the entire NVIDIA AI computing stack along with HPE’s private cloud technology – to equip enterprise clients and AI professionals with the most advanced computing infrastructure and services to expand the frontier of AI.”

By incorporating the NVIDIA AI Computing by HPE portfolio into their offerings, MSPs, resellers, and global system integrators — such as Deloitte, HCLTech, Infosys, TCS, and others — can enhance their AI solutions and services.

They can improve clients’ time to value by developing industry-specific AI use cases supported by clear business benefits.

The HPE-NVIDIA partnership extends beyond HPE’s Private Cloud AI and compute solutions, reaching into the channel with collaborative enablement and training programs that include shared market development funds for partners.

Through the new offering, AI solutions can become accessible to organisations, not just those with the biggest budgets who are looking to grow their operations with greater efficiency and productivity.
