Cybersecurity and anti-virus outfit ESET has appointed David Mole as its new UK channel director.
The outfit has been carrying out some improvements to its channel model of late to provide “perfectly matched skills and expertise” and enhance customer service for its 3,000-strong partner base in the UK.
The provider has allocated more channel managers to give partners the additional support they require, and better training needed to heighten product knowledge and awareness.
As new channel lead, Mole will be at the forefront of the revamped structure, ESET said, enabling it to keep pace with the differing needs of businesses, offer relevant support and services, and unlock revenue for the channel.
Mole said: “I am thrilled to have joined ESET at this exciting time. What attracted me to ESET is the sheer level of focus we put on customer service – our partners, regardless of their size, have a dedicated contact from someone here within the team. This is a real positive for the thousands of partners that make up the community. Now is the time to build upon this success and our new focus means more dedicated resources for our valued partners and is borne from a simple recognition that great customer service benefits all.”
