Dropbox improves partner programme

Dropbox has announced a number of enhancements to the Dropbox Partner Programme, which have been designed to provide additional benefits to channel resellers and vendors as teams increasingly rely on remote working.

Using the outfit’s Partner Portal, Dropbox partners can access to new products such as Dropbox Spaces and HelloSign and receive improved support options, and a refreshed range of benefits.

Dropbox says the changes will help firms navigate the unprecedented challenges posed by the global COVID-19 pandemic.

“As we are all adjusting to sudden and unexpected changes in the way we work, Dropbox wants to ensure that our partners have the tools and resources to continue their vital role in our effort to help teams do their best work from anywhere, be organised, stay focused and get in sync”, the cloud storage firm said in a release.

The improvements include access to Dropbox Spaces to provide customers with a solution that enables seamless remote working, as well as the HelloSign, which is designed to streamline agreement workflows with legally-binding electronic signatures.

Dropbox is providing improved support for its Select and Elite partners, which includes support for joint demand generation activities, increased sales support, and greater access to Dropbox support teams.

Dropbox has added around-the-clock access to refreshed online sales and technical certifications, rebates for qualified registered deals, increased free Dropbox internal use licences, as well as included free HelloSign use licences.

“Dropbox is committed to maintaining strong relationships with our partners during this time and will continue to adjust our Partner Program, if necessary, to address how we can successfully work together in the coming months”, the firm added.
