Advanced has unveiled its new cloud-based platform – MyWorkplace – what it claims to be a unified cloud ecosystem which will help to create a marketplace for its partners.
The big idea is to deliver interoperability between its systems, which will include an open API platform for partners.
The company said that at the moment the government is being called upon to ensure “customer choice” and innovation from technology providers, according to a new independent review.
More than 74 percent of British organisations have already invested in the cloud and 72 per cent have adopted technology to automate tasks and processes.
MyWorkplace is designed to ensure the transformation to the cloud and process automation is not stunted by the failure of a lack of innovation or choice, claims the outfit.
The company said that the appetite for new digital services can mean a polarisation of the market, which partners can take advantage of.
Dean McGlone, Channel Sales Director at Advanced said that by providing partners with access to its open ecosystem, MyWorkplace, where processes and systems will be unified, third parties can easily integrate with existing product offering from Advanced with value added software and services.
This aims to drive innovation across the partner community, as well as providing choice to the end customer.
