CrowdStrike has broadened its distribution partnership with Ignition to introduce the AI-native CrowdStrike Falcon cybersecurity platform to Ignition’s partner network in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Iceland.
The partnership was initially formed earlier this year with a distribution agreement to address the increasing cybersecurity demands in the UK.
Ignition, listed on NASDAQ, is the vendor’s second distributor in the Nordics, alongside Westcon-Comstor.
CrowdStrike said it needed market creators, which was what Ignition contributed. It already has a good Nordic presence but wanted a distribution partner who can fully engage with the platform and possesses the technical acumen to attract a new generation of growth partners to increase market share.
The company has numerous clients who were early adopters of innovative technologies and want to expand within the enterprise segment, targeting businesses smaller than its largest customers.
It said that it needed partners to reach these clients which was the reason behind the strategy diversification.
