Additionally, they are offering a dedicated enablement programme designed to assist resellers in accelerating their opportunities with Copilot.
Launched in the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) programme in January, Copilot for Microsoft 365 uses generative AI and natural language processing to enhance user productivity and creativity.

Brendan Murphy, global director of public cloud at Arrow, said: “As users of Copilot for Microsoft 365 ourselves, we understand its transformative effect. We utilise our practical experience to help our resellers develop their skills and realise the platform’s potential. We devoted considerable time before the launch to collaborating with Microsoft to ensure we were prepared from day one. Our resellers were quick to act, transacting within the first hour.”
Arrow conducted a global live stream across various social media platforms on the launch day to support the channel. The enablement process is ongoing and features a wide array of global and local training initiatives, including webinars like “Unlocking the partner opportunity of Copilot for Microsoft 365.”
David Smith, vice president of worldwide channel sales at Microsoft, said: “Since the introduction of Copilot for Microsoft 365, Arrow has implemented over 9,000 licences, mentoring and advising resellers on how to foster adoption and augment productivity, creativity, and collaboration for end customers. With Copilot for Microsoft 365, we can revolutionise the channel landscape, supporting customers at different stages of technological maturity and unlocking their potential with AI across applications, data, and AI models. Crucially, with Arrow’s innovative and Copilot-focused value-added services, we can enhance the channel’s ability to market AI value to customers.”
Copilot for Microsoft 365 can be procured and activated through ArrowSphere Cloud, Arrow’s cloud delivery and management platform. Channel partners can also use the new security dashboard to gain a consolidated view of their customers’ security postures and swiftly identify any threats.
