CloudClevr has just snapped up Twisted Fish IT, marking its fourth high-profile M&A.
The Rigby Tech-backed powerhouse is on a shopping spree, having already bagged NGC Networks, 4Sight Communications, and Bamboo Technology Group.
Twisted Fish boss Ben Woodhouse was delighted to conclude the deal with CloudClevr and will stay on as managing director, alongside his leadership team, to drive the next level of growth within our business.
Woodhouse expressed his excitement about joining a high-growth business that shares the same strong cultural and directional fit as Twisted Fish. In CloudClevr, they’ve found their perfect match, a partnership that promises a bright and prosperous future for the Twisted Fish squad and their customers.
The London lads are now part of a 180-strong team at CloudClevr, bringing their Microsoft mojo and CSP creds to the table.
CloudClevr boss Steve Harris said: Twisted Fish was a fast-growing and innovative business.
“If you look at its portfolio and the fact that it’s in direct Microsoft CSP, it shows you that it’s got some good standing in the marketplace. It’s very technical, with a high proportion of engineering staff out of the total number of staff in the business.”
Harris has hinted at a change in the company’s M&A tactics. After a whirlwind of deals since 2023, they’re hitting the pause button, only to come back later this year with a fresh game plan.
“We’ll be looking at the later part of the year to recommence M&A,” Harris teased. The next phase? It’s all about scaling up customers, spreading out geographically, and maybe sprinkling in some new capabilities.
