Cloudy ANS Group has completed its acquisition of Microsoft partner Preact.
Maidenhead-based, Preact enables SMBs and charities to grow more with Dynamics 365 and CRM solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform.
Preact has more than 4,000 customers across public and private sectors and a team of more than 800 digital transformation staff.
ANS said adding the Microsoft Gold partner would make it the “best-resourced” provider in the Microsoft Business Applications community.
ANS CEO Richard Thompson said: “We are delighted to welcome Preact. The company will help accelerate our Dynamics growth trajectory into SMB. Looking forward to an amazing year in 2023.”
Last year was busy for ANS. In October, its CEO Paul Shannon stepped down, and chief revenue officer Rich Thompson took over.
The company declared a “strong focus” on process automation alongside a “consistent” recruitment drive to train 200 apprentices over the next three years. It wants to double its annual revenues by the end of 2025.
