Vertiv increases channel support

Power outfit Vertiv has spruced up its incentives and support for EMEA channel partners.

The company said that there were opportunities out there for those resellers that specialise in digitisation and edge computing.

The new Partner Programme comes with a new incentive plan, overhauled partner portal and a more channel-friendly portfolio, it claimed.

Authorised and silver partners can earn rewards with the incentive programme, while gold and platinum resellers will get more rebates. The refreshed portal will speed up the time it takes to register and gain access to benefits. There will be training resources to improve partner skill levels.

Vertiv EMEA channel sales director Joachim Fischer said the channel was crucial to allowing businesses to embrace edge compute, 5G opportunities and the broader trend towards digitalisation.

Vertiv is speeding up its channel strategy to ensure its resellers are more successful. The new partner programme that the outfit was progressively rolling out across EMEA was a channel commitment, he added.

Vertiv has also launched an uninterruptible power supply aimed at edge computing environments which will be flogged using the outfit’s distributors and resellers across EMEA.
