Vertiv is enhancing its partner and incentive programmes which it claims focus on rewarding its network of expert distributors and resellers.
The two programmes are available to partners in some countries across Europe and the Middle East, including the UK and Ireland.
It has introduced an improved partner portal, which brings together all of the resources partners need to engage with the Vertiv team and earn and redeem rewards.
Vertiv has named Cheryl Lim the company’s new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Lim will report directly to CEO Rob Johnson and run the outfit’s HR.
She has been working for more than two decades leading human resources teams, supporting organisational changes, and supplying data-driven stuff for global HR operations in the manufacturing space.
Before joining Vertiv, Lim held HR positions at Honeywell and was most recently the vice president of Human Resources at ITT.
Power outfit Vertiv has spruced up its incentives and support for EMEA channel partners.
The company said that there were opportunities out there for those resellers that specialise in digitisation and edge computing.
The new Partner Programme comes with a new incentive plan, overhauled partner portal and a more channel-friendly portfolio, it claimed.
