Tollring renews its BT contract

Tollring has renewed its contract with BT for the seventh year.

The arrangement includes the supply of Tollring’s call analytics to nearly 100,000 users across the BT channels, supported by comprehensive customer engagement and sales enablement programmes to drive business growth.

The deal covers the continued provision of FMS (Fraud Management System) which protects the BT Group’s network from telecoms fraud.

Working collaboratively with BT, Tollring said it will continue to develop its customer engagement and sales enablement programmes, including fully branded support materials. Additional initiatives include tailored webinars, bitesize tutorials and libraries of sales support material.

Tollring expanding as it breaks monitoring record

Tollring’s three year growth plan seems to be working and it tells us that it now monitors over 8.4 million cloud endpoints globally across its entire portfolio of cloud business analytics, call recording and telecoms fraud protection services.

The company has expanded its business in all regions, with customer growth exceeding 50 per ent across both Europe and APAC within the past 12 months. In addition, iCall Suite cloud business customers now total over 17,000 with the average number of calls now being recorded across its cloud users now exceeding 400,000 per day, the company said.

Tollring sees 54 percent expansion thanks to channel

Tollring reports that it has achieved excellent results over the past year and credits its channel partners for what shaped up to be a good year.

Tollring expanded its services globally by 54 percent over the past year, delivering its software and analytics through a network of 900 partners in 20+ countries. Across all its products and services, the company now monitors eight million endpoints, representing a 96 pe cent growth. Overall, more than 31,000 businesses now use Tolling’s software, with a 33 percent increase in its cloud tenants on the previous year.

Tollring appoints Bannister as Global Head of Sales

Tollring has enhanced its senior management team with the appointment of Andy Bannister as Global Head of Sales.

Bannister will lead the sales strategy across the entire Tollring portfolio of analytics, call recording and fraud management solutions, developing relationships with existing partners and new service providers across the globe.

Tollring CEO Tony Martino said that Bannister brings with him extensive industry knowledge and a wealth of experience in business communications and cloud services, having previously worked in global sales roles for Atos, Mitel and Cisco BroadSoft.

Martino said he had known Bannister since his time at Mitel where he was instrumental in helping to secure its ongoing partnership and the delivery of its business analytics across Mitel’s UCaaS portfolio.

Tollring hires Graham Evans to head up Asia Pacific business strategy.

UK-based Tollring, the software developer behind  communications analytics, call recording and anti-fraud product iCall Suite, has hired Graham Evans to head up business strategy in the Asia Pacific region.

Based in Melbourne, Australia, Evans brings with him over 20 years of management expertise in product, marketing and sales within the telecommunications industry having previously worked at Vonage, Vocus, M2 Telecommunications, AAPT and Hutchison Telecom.

Tollring releases hybrid iCall suite

Tollring has released its hybrid iCall Suite analytics and call recording solution into its channel.

MiVoice Business and Panasonic NS700 phone systems, with Avaya IP Office coming soon. The cloud solution connects to on-premises PBX equipment, providing channel partners another opportunity to talk to their customers and provide a product with all of the benefits of iCall Suite’s online services when they are not yet able or willing to upgrade their cloud telephony.

Tollring spruces up analytics suite for BroadSoft Partners

Tollring has been showing off its new analytics suite to BroadSoft partners which includes speech analytics, business performance reporting and dashboards based on SLAs and enhanced customer interaction reporting,and an enhanced service provider management portal.

The outfit claims that the changes will bring in a new level of billing capability, offering enhanced analytics on customers and resellers, and auto-provisioning, capacity planning and product visibility.
