M-Files snaps up Hubshare

M-Files has bought Hubshare to bolster what it says is external content sharing and collaboration abilities.

For those who came in late, Hubshare offers a secure digital workplace portal that enhances user and client engagement through collaborative working, secure file sharing and project management.

As part of the M-Files product portfolio, Hubshare provides a secure information exchange platform where it claims companies can be forerunners in driving digitalisation and improving the customer experience using branded, customidable client portals. The portals can be tailored to meet individual client needs.

Kyocera UK couples with M-Files

M-Files has announced an alliance with Kyocera Document Solutions UK,  collaborating with joint marketing and sales.

Kyocera’s portfolio in the UK includes multifunction printers (MFPs) as well as business ICT stuff and consulting services that enable customers to optimise and manage their document workflow, reaching new levels of efficiency.  It provides innovation and efficiency for corporate functions like Accounts Payable, Human Resources, File Management and Policies, Contract Management and Digital Mailrooms.

Kyocera said that the main reason in choosing M-Files was that its “intelligent information management platform” allows users to instantly connect to existing network folders and other repositories and benefit from built-in AI, workflow capabilities and advanced search and filter tools. 

M-Files completes SaaS transition

M-Files has completed its transition to Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) in 2020, with 94 percent of its annual recurring revenue (ARR) attributed to subscription-based sales.

The company’s primary SaaS solution, M-Files Online, is a hybrid intelligent information management platform that allows customers to implement both cloud and on-premises solutions without having to separately purchase licenses for each. In 2020, M-Files customers and partners continued to reap the benefits of innovative licensing options that enabled M-Files Online customers to become instantly cloud-ready and able to leverage the cloud in a phased and targeted manner at their discretion.

Jupiter uses M-Files to strike at paper piles

Jupiter Group has hired M-Files to eliminate paper, streamline processes and improve collaboration across its global locations.
