HP selects Stone

Public and private sector ICT service outfit Stone Group has been selected by HP as one of three resellers on the National Desktop and Notebook Agreement (NDNA) framework for higher education (HE), across all three available lots.

Stone can now provide HP branded hardware across the framework, including:

Lot 1: HP desktops

Lot 2: HP notebooks and mobile devices

Lot 3: A ‘one-stop-shop’ amalgamation of lots 1 and 2

Stone and HP have established positions on the framework, which is managed by London Universities Purchasing Consortium, for many years. Institutions purchasing through the framework can now enjoy the benefits of HP gear through Stone’s dedicated HE team, helping them create vibrant and secure environments for learning, research and collaboration.

Simon Harbridge, CEO at Stone said: “I am delighted to be offering HP’s products on the NDNA framework. Combining Stone’s sector expertise and our unparalleled support and service with a comprehensive range of innovative and modern HP devices that has never been stronger, provides a compelling offering that will help institutions unlock learning and research experiences that students, faculties and staff will love.”

Neil Sawyer, UK Channel Director and Head of SMB/Education at HP said: “Working with reliable channel partners like Stone is critical to HP and we are pleased to work with them in a sector where the values of our two businesses so closely align. HP is committed to furthering cutting-edge technology in Education and helping institutions improve learning outcomes and operational efficiency, helping create secure and vibrant Campuses of the Future”

This offering is available immediately and will run until August 2020 with the option for the framework to be extended for a further year.
